The Pop Up

POP UP EVENT SPACE

A sweeping 3900 sq.ft. open floor with 20-foot ceilings and southern natural light. This is CoFunction’s flagship — a raw, column-free canvas in East Village Vancouver built for the events that need room to breathe. The kind of space that stops people the moment they walk in.

What's Included

The Pop-Up Space comes with onsite support staff and high-speed fibre WiFi. The space is delivered as an open floor — furniture, staging, and décor are available as add-ons.

Ideal For

Event organizers, brands, and creatives who need serious square footage. Fashion shows, art exhibitions, galas, watch parties, dance competitions, pop-up markets, DJ events, and brand activations.

The Culinary

Events lounge with caterer’s kitchen

A sophisticated 650 sq.ft. space with southern-facing windows and a full caterer’s kitchen. The Lounge is CoFunction’s most refined room — warm, private, and built for the gatherings where every detail matters.

4th floor Activity Room

A 540 sq.ft. open-floor space on the 4th floor with a private outdoor balcony and unobstructed North Shore mountain views. Step outside and the city opens up. Come back in and get to work.
